Kansas should legalize Medical Marijuana for multiple reasons. Legal dispensaries decrease the risk of Fentanyl and other contaminations. Kansas is surrounded by States which have decriminalized Marijuana usage. Prosecution of Marijuana puts an unnecessary strain on our legal system.
